Wesley Randle 

MD and Co-founder

Wesley has an Applied Biology degree from the University of Bath, a PhD in Medicine and Tissue Engineering from Imperial College, London and an MBA from Cranfield University. He worked in an Oxford University dotcom spin-out, in biotech, healthcare, toxicology and in vitro models at GSK PLC, in a regenerative medicine spin-out from Imperial College, as the Innovation Director at the University of Bedfordshire and as the Enterprise Director at Colworth Science Park (Goodman/Unilever JV). Wesley specialises in strategy, intangibles, commercial development, raising finance and working with senior management teams.

Mike has over 16 years experience in commercial roles within the telecoms, document services, not-for-profit and small business sectors. He graduated with a first in BEng Electronic Engineering from The University of Manchester, being sponsored by Marconi, with whom he spent an industry placement year.

Following his degree, Mike worked for BT Global Services, firstly building business cases for network growth and optimisation opportunities in Europe, then leading a team responsible for setting the commercial strategy for a range of business-to-business solutions, developing products through life-cycle management, customer voice and market analysis, sales channel engagement and supplier negotiation.

He spent time with ngo.media, an agency providing editorial, copywriting, publication and training services for the not-for-profit sector, as a commercial strategy consultant helping to set pricing, establishing a financial scorecard to monitor costs and margin, and building business cases for new products.

After completing an Executive MBA at Cranfield University School of Management, Mike moved to Ricoh Global Services and is currently responsible for leading a team who negotiate international contracts with Fortune Global 500 clients headquartered in Europe, working in close collaboration with sales, operations, technology, legal and finance.
